Gorgeous main floor unit walks right out to beach or heated pool. 3 bedrooms, 3 bath unit has been totally updated and remodeled with quality workmanship and finishing. Completely furnished with a fully outfitted kitchen and everything you'll need for your beach vacation, including an in-unit washer and dryer and covered parking. Four screened lanais allow you to enjoy a relaxing beverage or ocean breeze. Free WiFi and Premium cable with 55' flat screen TV. Widest beach on the island!

These luxury facilities are located on a premier area of Fort Myers Beach with a Trolley stop right outside the door. Island Winds boasts 2 tennis courts, a 100 ft. boat dock, shuffle board, basketball hoop, and BBQ area with picnic tables. There's an exercise room with a TV and ocean view, a social room with a pool table, a pool and a hot tub, plus a tiki hut on the beach.

Sleeps up to 8 people. This gorgeous unit has a king, a queen, and twin beds with a trundle bed. Restaurants, shopping, movie theater, watersports, bike rental, watersports, beachfront cabanas, plus a CVS Pharmacy and 7-11 are all within walking distance.

Starter soap, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels are provided, as well as an outdoor grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and a beach wagon.

Please be aware that the entire area was hit hard by the Hurricane Ian in Sept 2022 and is still in recovery mode, but every day, progress is being made. Beaches are looking great and restaurants are back up and running. We recommend that you do some research on the area before booking. You can find information on the Town of Fort Myers Beach website and the Beach Talk Radio Facebook page. We'd love to host you as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds even better than before!

Island Winds is expected to open early 2025. Exact date is still unknown, but January dates may become available. Please check back. Photos will continue to be updated as finishing touches are completed.
